Beauty products OR Gadgets to put a smile on your face?
Both really, but the great thing being involved with both the beauty world and technology
is that they are so completely different that you don’t get bored with either –
there are surprises in both industrys all the time so I’d say not much to choose
between them although gadgets have a far bigger entertainment factor. Beauty is
so glamorous and fun though...it’s a tough one!
National Newspaper or Glossy Magazine for a big by-line?
National newspapers because turn-round times are quicker so you don’t get bored...it’s
so exciting in the newspaper world!
Favourite Beauty Products to play with?
Skin creams – I try every moisturiser I can get my hands on from the cheapest to
the hideously, ridiculously expensive- Morny (used by The Queen!) is amazing so
I try and use that as much as possible, obviously it’s good enough for the Queen
so it’s good enough for me! I absolutely love Malibu as a sun care range and the
Malibu ski range is fabulous for the winter months.
Favourite ever Author/Writer?
Åsne Seierstad who wrote the bookseller of Kabul. Amazing author!
Favourite memorable moment in your journalist career?
Going to Las Vegas with Cary Grant, on his private jet for an interview (he was
72 at the time!)

An article by Bonnie Estridge from The Express
Most famous person interviewed?
Cary Grant or Elton John probably- I played the piano with Elton John, what a fantastic
day that was!
Most favourite press gift ever given?
My beautiful Christopher Kane black leather squashy bag which was made in limited
edition!
And of course all my beauty bits from the girls at Touch Media... they are always
so original with their send outs and press gifts, I still have the silicon implant
invite to their launch on my desk – it keeps the papers in order!
Favourite PR company to work with?
TOUCH MEDIA!! They are fun, quirky and fabulous!
